I would like to get more storage space for my account.

Yes, we can do that. Just submit a support request and let us know how much more space you need.

How do I request changes to my site?

We try to always get it right from the start and to get you set-up correctly out of the gate. Companies always grow and change and you may feel the need to add or delete information to your site down the road like a new button or image that you cannot accomplish yourself. Just submit a support request and a support services staff member will get back to you with a quote. We also offer our 168WebPass product for those who are interested in a non-technical way to maintain your site and save money.

Can I upgrade my plan or features later?

Yes. Anytime.

Do you offer Internet Access?

No, you will need local Internet access in order to maintain your web site and retrieve email addressed to your site. By focusing only on Web Hosting and Design, we can serve you better because we do not have hundreds of modems to maintain, nor do we waste bandwidth by providing access.

How long does it take to get technical support?

Your requests will be answered as early as the same hour or as much as 24 hours from the time you submit your request. If your request is an emergency and it is something that is beyond our area of responsibility like emergency graphic or text changes or technical problems that arise via user error, you will be billed at the current hourly rate for our services. As a general rule just plan in advance and leave us plenty of time to complete your requests in a timely manner.

Do you offer web stats with your accounts?

Web Stats (Webalizer) The Webalizer is a fast web server log file analysis program. It produces highly detailed, easily configurable usage reports in HTML format, for viewing with a standard web browser. To view a sample of this powerful application click on packages and then then click on the Webalizer link provided with each package.

What is bandwidth or a transfer limit?

A TRANSFER LIMIT is the amount of information that you may transmit from your site. In other words, each time a picture or HTML page is viewed by a visitor, it uses a little bit of your transfer limit. All accounts come with a specific transfer limit and you will be charged for exceeding this limit. The average HIT is approximately 10k. This would mean that a transfer limit of 1.0 Gigabyte would allow 100,000 hits, a limit of 2.5 Gigabytes would allow 250,000 hits, and a limit of 5.0 Gigabytes would allow 500,000 hits. Our transfer limits are more than adequate for 95% of the sites we host. Unless you plan on streaming audio and/or video or banner advertising with Yahoo! and other search engines, you should not go over your limit. However, if you do, we will simply bill you for the additional bandwidth you use.
